The house is situated on the seafront of Trappeto with a lovely view of the picturesque seaport.
It is one of the oldest buildings of Trappeto, dating back to the construction of the old factory of Cannamela (Trappetum Cannamelarum) from which the town took its name.
The house has been renovated in the early 90s and is structured over two levels - ground floor and mezzanine which are accessed by a wooden staircase.
The ground floor consists of the kitchen and living room with large window overlooking the sea. It features a table with 4 chairs, sofa bed (a square) and a bathroom (shower-toilet-bidet).
The first floor has the master bedroom with a window overlooking the sea. There is also a sofa bed.
Just outside the front door, there is a small veranda with table, rocking chairs and umbrella – with the possibility to BBQ in the garden outside the house.
In addition to the fine architecture and recent restructuring, this vacation home offers an excellent location because it is directly on the waterfront and at the same time in an environment of tranquillity and privacy thanks to the peace created by the garden with its large trees casting their shade making it more enjoyable on hot summer days.
